Access to VET Meeting 4 – Sicily 4-5 October 2018

On the 4^th and 5^th of October, A Rocca hosted the 4^th meeting of Access to VET at Parco Museo Jalari in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, Italy. The previous meetings have been held in Dublin (Ireland), Granada (Spain) and Sfântu Gheorghe (Romania).

On the first day, a welcoming presentation was given by our director Nino Pietrini. After that, the meeting started with evaluating and looking back at the previous meeting in Romania. The morning flew by very fast. At lunch time, the partners had the possibility to try, among other typical Sicilian food, the authentic Arancini.

In the afternoon the meeting continued, including a presentation about the good practices of A Rocca. The meeting day ended with a guided tour at Parco Museo Jalari. In the evening, all the partners had dinner at the Masterchef restaurant in the city of Barcellona P.G.

The second meeting day, started with a second presentation about good practices given by A Rocca. As part of the programme, the partners visited local companies who generally host interns doing their Erasmus+ internships. They went to an art gallery and a wedding dress store where currently our Spanish students are working. The meeting was brought to a close when all the partners received their certificate.

The meeting was very interesting and we will see each other again in May in Hungary.
