Founder. 11 years of experience on European Project Management of projects implemented following to EU regulations in the field of Vocational Education and Training, Culture, Youth, Citizenship, and international cooperation.
Leading a team of 12 international staff members and driven by her motto: “it’s never late to learn and to improve”. Experienced on providing consultancy services for private and public bodies for financing opportunities within different EU programs, procedures and knowledge needed for development of project proposals, as well as knowledge and best practices for management of EU projects, or draft submitted at Regional, National, and International level.
Management of hundreds of projects in Italy and Europe, negotiation, accounting and leadership. Fund rising, tender writing, projects implementation and evaluation.
Serena
Office manager and Media & Communication Coordinator
Hi, I’m Serena, a Barcellona P.G native with EProjectConsult since 2013. I started as an Office Manager and transitioned to the marketing communication department in 2016, taking on roles as Coordinator and Graphic Designer, bringing a creative touch to our communication strategies. Currently, I collaborate with various teams on Erasmus+ and EU projects, overseeing their development, implementation, and evaluation. I actively engage with project partners, stakeholders, and participants, at both local and EU levels. Additionally, I define dissemination strategies for effective project outreach. Beyond projects, I shape the organization’s online presence—creating content, updating the website, and managing social media channels. I also organize international events, online or in person, ensuring our communications align with organizational goals. My journey at EProjectConsult reflects growth and a diverse skill set, spanning office management, graphic design, and marketing coordination.
As I’m passionate about photography, video editing and graphic design I’ve gained experience and valuable knowledge of the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Final Cut, Edius.

Hi my name is Viviana, I’m from Barcellona P.G. but I’ve graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation at the University of Padua.
I’m passionate about intercultural relation and travelling as I strongly believe that different cultures are a necessary source of personal and professional growth.
I’m bilingual in Italian and Albanian and I’ve studied English, Spanish and Portuguese.
At EProjectConsult I’m taking care of back office activities, accounting and tour guide in Sicily with the groups joining our projects.
To support the team I manage the necessary documents and running activities functional to the implementation of the projects in Sicily and Italy.

Communication Team in Graphics and Video Production
Hi my name is Cormac and I’m from Ireland. I Graduated in 2020 with BA in Creative Digital Media; achieving first class honours and an award in multimedia from Technological University Dublin.
I’ve been working in creative media production for the last 2 years, using a variety of mediums for communication and interaction. I started with EProjectConsult as an intern on an Erasmus+ mobility programme and fell in love with the Sicilian lifestyle, meeting new friends, and of course the warmer climate – they couldn’t get rid of me when it ended!
As I’m passionate about anything creative, I am skilled in graphic design, video production, installation work, photography and audio production using a variety of mediums – mainly the Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ProTools

Spanish Project Coordinator
Hi, I’m Martina, with a background in Cultural Anthropology and International Relations. Since 2018, I have been involved in the design, coordination, and management of Erasmus+ programmes in Europe, as well as international cooperation and community-based development projects across Latin America and Africa. Working in diverse cultural contexts has strengthened my ability to thrive in multicultural environments and to facilitate participatory processes and intercultural dialogue. Currently based in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, I work as a project coordinator for Spain, managing stakeholders, project documentation, and participant activities, while supporting international collaborations. I am enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Hi! My name is Aurora, I’ve been living in Barcellona for 10 years but I’m originally from Switzerland. I’m a bilingual in Italian and German. I got my high school diploma in international relations in 2023.
I enjoy traveling and discovering new things about the culture of other countries, their culinary habits, and practices! But I also really like to relax with a book and a good cup of tea:coffee:.
In the Eprojectconsult team I currently work as project coordinator assistant, where I can use my knowledge of English, German, Italian, French (and some Spanish) to support the Team in different Eu programs and assist our trainees from all over Europe! We are all part of one big family!
Being naturally passionate about languages and having grown up in a mixed family, communicating in other languages is one of my strengths. Good sense of time management, learning agility, adaptability and empathy are one of the most important skills to have when working in an international environment. Always open to new challenges!
Concentration yet flexibility, the ability to handle simultaneously different tasks, and availability…well, these are pretty much the skills of the whole team!

Hi! I’m Aleksandra from Poland. I graduated in 2021 with a Master’s degree in Linguistics at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
You can often find me diving into a captivating movie, taking photos or travelling around the world. I’m always thrilled to try new things such as surfing, making pottery, or scuba diving.
At EProjectConsult I work as a Project Coordinator Support, so I’m taking care of documentation management, coordinating group activities, and cooperating with our international partners.

Hi, my name is Manuela, from Terme Vigliatore here in Sicily.
For many years I worked in a photography studio, as a graphic designer and photographer and in this last period I approached social work, specifically working with the disabled.
I am a very empathetic and sunny person and my greatest passion is volunteering.
I have been a volunteer for many years in pediatric hospitals and responsible for communication in civil protection.
I really like meeting and talking with new people.
I am working as a secretary in EProjectConsult, assisting with day to day bookings.

Hi, I’m Claudia Alesci and I live in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, Sicily. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures in 2024 at the University of Catania. In 2025, I spent four months in Paris for my Erasmus study period.
In the EProjectConsult team, I currently work as a project coordinator assistant, where I can use my knowledge of English, Italian, and French to support the team in different EU programs and assist our trainees from all over Europe.

Hi, my name is Daniele and I work as an experienced driver at EProjectConsult. My duties are involving to offer safe and on-time transfer services for groups of max. 8 people, from the airports to Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto and vice versa, transport during study visits to different companies, and excursions to attractive places within Sicily.

I worked as Interpreter or translator of japanese, Italian and English for many individuals and organizations. Significant knowledge and experience in Business, Manufacturing, culture and tourism.
Now I work as public relations’ organizer and interpreter for the EProjectConsult Office, that is an International company which deals with EC project management and its operates as International consultantancy office for private and public bodies. We also coordinate the activities and the international projects of the “A Rocca ” that is Artistical Association and Tourist assistant Company.
We are placed in the north of Sicily, in the Province of Messina and we are working for tourist or foreigners many programms and package:

Hi, I am Giusy and I work as Logistic Support and Accomodation Standard at EProjectConsult. I am mainly responsible for cleaning, checking all the apartments and guarantee the hygiene and sanitation during participants’ stay. I have familiarized myself to use all cleaning materials and tools. I also support some assistance relating the apartments’ issues if any participant needs.
