First day of spring, 20th of March

Spring for everybody means a step closer to summer, which gives (most) people a good feeling. Spring makes people feel better andmore beautiful, you know why? This season brings increasing daylight, warmer temperatures, and the rebirth of flora and fauna. The world around us is coming to life again so it is time to renew, recharge and freshen up the environment. Spotting a hummingbird washing itself, watching bees land on flowers, transforming of tadpoles into frogs, couples in love, children playing in the garden and so on.

As in every season, so in spring, there are specific days to celebrate. In spring- season those days are the following ones: Ash Wednesday, St. David’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Mothers Day, Good Friday, Palm Sunday, Easter, St. George’s Day, May Day and Dawn Chorus Day.

What more comes to mind when you hear the word ‘SPRING’ ? Let’s think…
Time for gardening
Time for Easter Egg Hunts
Flowers in Bloom
New born lambs
Outside furniture
BBQ’s
Rainbows and flowers
The Smell of Fresh Cut Grass
Buzzing Bees

Sounds good right? Just another 4 days do go…enjoy spring everyone!!
