Erasmus+ training course for adult education staff in the public sector

Erasmus+ Training Course

multicultural teaching, teenager behaviour disorder as well as career consultancy in schools

In October, we at EProjectConsult have hosted 11 participants from literally the two corners of Europe, as teachers from Portugal as well as from Poland and Lithuania have arrived to learn about multicultural teaching, teenager behaviour disorder as well as career consultancy in schools. They have arrived via our cooperation with Fundacja “Zielony S³oñ” and Panevezys Sport Secondary School, and have been trained during the week by the highly experienced and respected tutor, Natalia Seriakova. Thanks to the training, they are leaving from Sicily with a much broader knowledge on the latest developments in non-formal education, youth behaviour disorders and how to advise teenagers on choosing a career path and walking it efficiently.

Cultural Programme

Besides their tutoring, they had the chance to explore the depths of the Sicilian culture, while meeting new friends from Italy as well as between themselves, thus building international partnerships and networks that may help them for many years to come.

Training Course

The participants have received tutoring on the following topics:

In conclusions, all the participants have been satisfied with the amount of knowledge they have acquired during their course in Sicily, much of which was hitherto unknown to them.

However, more importantly, participants gained professional experience in their sector that will help them to become more efficient in their job. After the project was finished, participants received a “A Rocca certificate” and EUROPASS. Employees of the “A Rocca” Association and people involved in this project hope that it was a rich and useful experience for everybody.
