Erasmus+ Internship

From the 31st of August to the 22nd of September, EProjectConsult and “A Rocca”, in cooperation with Zespół Szkół nr 3 im. ks. prof. J. Tischnera, hosted 16 students and 2 teachers from Wadowice, Poland in the frame of Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility project for higher education students and staff. During the project, titled “Poznawanie standardów pracy w branży usługowej różnych sferach życia w regionach śródziemnomorskich”, the participants were placed in various restaurants where they could develop their skills in catering, cooking, bartending, etc.
The participants had the opportunity to improve skills and expand the knowledge needed for teaching catering, cooking, bartending and food decor techniques. During their time, the students have gained valbuable experience in their professions, as well as learning about the Italian way of catering, cooking, etc.
Cultural Programme
In the free time they had chance to visit some beautiful places in Sicily, and know Italian cuisine thanks to the local restaurants.

General Skills and Competencies Acquired:
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources in the field related;
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships: learning on developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others;
- Development of specialized Italian language skills;
- Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;

- Giving full attention to what other people are saying and taking the time to understand the points being made.

After the project was implemented the participant received “A Rocca training certificate” . We hope that the participant has learned new techniques and methods and will adapt them in her work at the university. EProjectConsult wishes you good luck in your future paths!
