Tourism Management: Tourism is a fast-changing, dynamic and highly competitive field, where only the best and most well-trained professionals succeed in achieving their goals.
Eprojectconsult will implement a training course combining these two sectors: “Tourism Management & Catering Management”. It is the opportunity to broaden your expertise and capabilities in these two sectors combined. The training will offer to participants a panoramic, innovative view related to tourism in Sicily, culinary techniques and get in touch with the inside of the Italian cuisine. The participants will visit businesses involved in tourism and local restaurants for job shadowing and workshops.
