Increasing Volunteers' Skills across Europe – InVolvE
1st Training, Potsdam, Germany, February 26th -28th 2018
The first training of an Erasmus KA2 project named “InVolvE” took a place in Potsdam, Germany. The project aims to improve the quality of volunteer training and skills of the organisations working with volunteers. The name of the training is “How to identify training gaps/needs in our volunteer community” and was organized by coordinating organisation ISA, Germany
4 people were representing EProjectConsult – Nerea from our office and Antonio, Elisa Rosa and Pina from the Italian Red Cross.
The training last three days and a lot of different sessions were held including professionals from different countries such as Christoph Müller from the headquarters of German Red Cross, representatives of APROXIMAR, Portugal and also different group discussions on different topics similar to the main one.
