International Contact Seminar and Gala Dinner

EProjectConsult is celebrating its tenth anniversary in the field of Erasmus+. We want to share this event with our long-term partners.
To show our thanks for working with us over the years, we are having a special event the 25th of October 2019 in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto (Sicily). It will consist of a seminar and gala dinner with some of our hosting companies (more than 200) and international partners. A great opportunity to network with participants from different background.
EProjectConsult will provide to the selected partners with accommodation, food, and transfer from/to the airport of Catania.
The attendance will be restricted to a maximum of two representatives per organization.

- Transfer from the airport of Catania to Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto;
- Check-in to the hotel.

10:00 – 11:00 Opening of the Meeting;
* Introduction to the programme, presentation of the partner organization “Eprojectconsult” and its activities.
* Presentation of past Mobility projects coordinated by A Rocca.
11:00 – 11:25 Coffee Break;
11:25 – 12:20 How to write a successful proposal. Tips and practical information. Our training programmes, sectors and potential hosting companies;
12:20 – 13:05 Individual meeting divided by training sector;
13:05 – 14:00 Lunch;
14:00 – 15:30 Cultural activity: visit of Jalari Park Museum;
15:30 – 19:00 Free time;
19:30 – 22:00 Gala dinner at Jalari Park Museum.
