LifeLongLearning GRUNDTVIG Learning Partnerships “Open Innovation in Adult Learning Course” – 2012-1-ES1-GRU06-52425-7
Considering the current economic circumstances in Europe, the project partners of OPEN, aim with this Grundtvig Learning Partnership to increase and improve the digital approach of adult generation, SME and other private companies to their daily life. The open innovation is understood as training and lifelong learning in the field of ICT and e-business for adults, since digital training is required for the digital innovation and the growth of European SMEs.
Projects result of this GRUNDTVIG Learning Partnerships will be the creation of a Learning Guide “Open Innovation in adult learning”. The guide could be considered as an outcome which came from the combination of the teaching and professional experiences of the project’s partners and their relevant learning methodologies with a multidisciplinary approach.
The project partners are: Inercia Digital S.L. from Spain, Teknoloji Arastirma Gelistirme Endustriyel Urunler Bilisim Teknolojileri San Tic AS from Turkey, Gecko Programmes Ltd from UK and the A Rocca NGO from Italy. All partners contribute to the design of the course, its content and the achievement of its objectives.
The entire course includes four thematic areas:
- 2.0 Collaborative work and tools;
- Open Innovation and knowledge transfer in the adult learning;
- Digital Marketing and Web 2.0 promotion;
- E-Business and digital entrepreneurship for adult people;
From August 2012 to June 2013 three mobilities have been carried out in Spain, UK and Turkey.
