From the 4th December to the 10th of December 2015, the project titled “The Treasure of Human Resources” was implemented. EProjectConsult hosted 02 selected participant in the Framework of the Erasmus+ Mobility Project for School Education Staff in cooperation with Svedasu Bendruomene.

The Participants had the opportunity to receive training in the field of Social Media in Marketing Management. The training consisted on seminars and workshops lead by Aldo Cammara. The trainer is a Social Media Manager, and is currently managing the launch of the first international training platform for Crowdfunding “CRUCIAL”.

During the training, the participant acquired the ability to use social media to regularly engage people, build an audience and promote their own business.

Cultural Programme

Besides their tutoring, they had the chance to explore the depths of the Sicilian culture, while meeting new friends from Italy as well as between themselves, thus building international partnerships and networks that may help them for many years to come.

In short, all the participants have been satisfied with the amount of knowledge they have acquired during their training in Sicily.

Nevertheless, participants gained professional experience in their sector that will help them to become more efficient in their job. After the project was finished, participants received a “A Rocca certificate” and EUROPASS. Employees of the “A Rocca” Association and people involved in this project hope that it was a rich and useful experience for everybody.
