Erasmus+ Training Course
"Multicultural teaching"
Associazione Art. Cult. “A Rocca” and Eprojectconsult International department, in cooperation with Publiczne Przedszkole Nr7 w Pile, Gymnasium Sanitz and Kuopion Kaupunki organised a training course “Multicultural teaching” in the frame of Erasmus+ programme. During a period of 16th of October – 22nd of October 2016, we hosted 6 selected participants coming respectively from Poland, Germany and Finland. The training consisted on seminars and workshops led by the trainer Mafalda Morganti, project manager at “Cooperativa Sociale Muovimente” in Italy .
The training course offers to the participants a panoramic of multicultural teaching, embrace language differences in classroom, share practices and beliefs apply in the countries of participants etc.
Cultural Programme
In the free time they had chance to visit some beautiful places in Sicily, and know Italian cuisine thanks to the local restaurants.

General Skills and Competencies Acquired:
During the training, the participants were acquired with many advantageous technics and specifics, which are aimed to improve their teaching skills as well as to facilitate positive development of school environment and pupils’ achievements. Also, they had some study visits and met the representatives of two local high schools who welcomed the participants for a guided tour of the two Institutes.

As a result, all the participants were completely satisfied with the training and gained practical knowledge related to the area of Multicultural teaching.
Undoubtedly, the participants gained useful professional experience in their area of expertise that will certainly help them to become more efficient at their work and competitive on job market.
After completing the training, the participants received a “A Rocca certificate”.
Entire team of the “A Rocca” Association and people involved into this project hope that it was truly utile and productive experience for everyone.
