Final project report
The team of the Associazione Art. Cult. “A Rocca” and Eprojectconsult International department hosted a group of teachers from Borås, Sweden, in the frame of Erasmus+ programme. We hosted 3 selected participants during the project named “Erasmus Plus, Westum Sweden.” They had an opportunity to complete a job shadowing in the field of health and social care. They visited companies related to these fields and gained knowledge about the nursing jobs in Sicily.
Cultural Programme
During their stay, here with us they also had a cultural visit to Jalari Park Museum. We hope that their experience in Sicily was unforgettable and enriching in many different ways.

General Skills and Competencies Acquired:
- They got acquainted with the Sicilian way of working and surely also gained new ideas and improvements related to their work back in Sweden. The participants also could compare all the similarities and differences between the health care enterprises in Sicily and Sweden.
At the end of the project, the participants received “A Rocca” certificate. Most importantly they gained further professional experience in their sector, and will therefore be more competitive in the labor market in Sweden. Consequently, the participants seemed to be satisfied with this project, and from their evaluations it is clear that they feel it was an interesting and useful experience. We are satisfied with the seemingly flawless success of the project and hope that we can continue our cooperation.
