A good placement is not simply about finding an available company. It starts with understanding the participant.
During a recent project, individual interviews before the mobility helped us understand participants’ backgrounds, experiences and expectations. After meeting them individually, it became clear that different solutions better reflected their profiles and learning paths. So we adapted the placements.
Because two participants studying the same subject don’t necessarily need the same mobility experience.
You don’t have to organise everything alone
A mobility involves much more than finding a workplace. From participant profiles and placements to accommodation, local logistics and activities, our team works alongside your organisation before, during and after the mobility.

The visits are primarily designed for representatives of schools, VET organisations and other organisations planning Erasmus+ mobility activities in Sicily. Participation and conditions are confirmed individually.

Yes. Depending on participant profiles and the planned mobility, EProjectConsult can organise visits to potential host companies and discuss placement requirements.
Can we see the accommodation?
Where relevant to the planned mobility, accommodation options can be discussed and visited during the Preparatory Visit.

The Preparatory Visit takes place in Sicily, where EProjectConsult coordinates Erasmus+ mobility activities with its local network.
