New Horizons: 15 Andalusian Students Begin Their Erasmus Journey in Sicily

As 2026 begins, the first group of student interns has arrived in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto. We are thrilled to welcome 15 students coming from different provinces of Andalusia, Spain—specifically from Seville, Cadiz, and Jaén.

For these young participants, this represents their very first Erasmus experience, offering them the chance to explore a completely different and enriching cultural environment.

Goals and Expectations: More Than Just an Internship

During the Welcome Presentation, we invited the students to share their personal goals for the upcoming three months. Captured on colorful post-it notes, their expectations highlight a strong desire for growth with messages like “meet new people,” “learn a little Italian,” “discover myself,” and “learn to be independent.”

Professional Excellence Across Diverse Sectors

The interns will be training and acquiring new skills in several key technical fields:

  • Audiovisuals
  • Construction
  • Nursing Assistance
  • Pharmacy
  • Dental Prosthetics

To ensure the highest quality of learning, they will work side by side with managers and owners of Sicilian companies. This direct mentorship will allow them to gain practical expertise while providing valuable service to the local business community.

EProjectConsult continues to bridge the gap between European talent and Sicilian entrepreneurship, fostering growth through international mobility.
