Erasmus+ mobility in the frame of KA2 project “InVolvE”

Since last year we are part of an Erasmus KA2 project named “Increasing Volunteers’ Skills across Europe – InVolvE”. The project aims to improve the quality of volunteer training and skills of the organisations working with volunteers.

Today is already being held the second meeting for sharing the best practices and it is taking place in Potsdam, Germany. From EprojectConsult is attending 4 people – Nerea from our office and Antonio, Elisa Rosa and Pina from the Italian Red Cross.

The meeting will last for three days and its topic is “how to identify training gaps/needs in our volunteer community”. A lot of different sessions will be held including professionals from different countries such as Christoph Müller from the headquarters of German Red Cross, representatives of APROXIMAR, Portugal and also different group discussions on different topics similar to the main one.

The meeting will end tomorrow and our team will start coming back to Italy, hopefully packed with new knowledge and strategies!
