Erasmus+ KA2 project “COMPASS” Third Meeting in Sicily, Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto
8th and the 9th of November
On the 8th and the 9th of November, A Rocca hosted an international KA2 meeting for a project called Compass – Setting Migrants and Refugees in the Right Direction. It was the 3rd meeting after meetings in Neuenhagen (Germany) and Cambridge (United Kingdom).
The venue for the first day of the meeting was Parco Museo Jalari. The meeting started with a welcoming presentation that was given by our director Nino Pietrini. During the day the progress of the project was discussed, an evaluation was being held and there were discussions about the further development of a translation tool. After the meeting, the project partners visited Parco Museo Jalari and they had a guided tour. The day was closed with a pizza making course at Ristorante Marius.
On the second day, the venue of the meeting was the office of A Rocca. The development of the translation tool was discussed again. Next to that, the partners also spoke about the dissemination plan, project management and multiplier events.
A Rocca is delighted to have organised this KA2 meeting for Compass and wants to thank the project partners that came to the meeting. The next meeting will be in June 2019 in Chania, Greece.
