Erasmus+ KA2 project "COMPASS" Second Meeting in UK, Cambridge

The second meeting of the Compass project took place on 19.04.2019 in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Since the whole meeting was fit into one day, it was double intense and a lot of topics were discussed during the day. For this project we have five different partners and all the partners attended, so it was crowded!
The main topics that were discussed:
Project management:
- The reviews of quarterly reports and timesheets of the people working with the project and its tasks
- The management of project meetings
- Contracts and managing relationships
Translation database:
- Fixing and removing unclear terms from the database
- Development of the document guide
Audio-recording:
- Management of the recorded files
Website and symbols:
- Style and colours of the website
- Style of the symbols on website
App-development:
- Options for app development
- Options for downloadable app
Main testing of app:
- Testing with refugees
- Involving support agencies
- Documentation
Dissemination:
- Development of QR code, business cards and posters
Next meeting will take place 15-16 November 2018 in Sicily so our organisation will be the host. Looking forward!
