Erasmus+ Job Shadowing

The team of the Associazione Art. Cult. “A Rocca” and Eprojectconsult International department hosted two teachers from Vänersborg, Sweden, in the frame of Erasmus+ programme the two teachers had the opportunity to complete a job shadowing in the field of health care. They visited companies where their students were doing internships and therefore got acquainted with the working style in Sicily. They visited the elderly house Casa Di Riposo San Paolo Eugeria Srl in San Filippo del Mela and the mentally disable recovery center Soc. Coop. Soc. In Cammino Onlus in Barcellona P.G. The teachers acquired a lot of useful information about the functioning of Sicilian enterprises which are related to health care. They also could compare all the similarities and differences of these related enterprises in Sicily and Sweden.
Cultural Programme
In the free time, they had chance to visit some beautiful places in Sicily, including Syracuse and Noto. They also got acquainted with the famous Italian cuisine thanks to the local restaurants. We hope that their experience abroad was unforgettable and enriching in the cultural way.

At the end of the project, participants received “A Rocca” placement certificate”.
Consequently, the participants seemed to be satisfied with this project, and from their evaluations it is clear that they feel it was an interesting and useful experience. We are satisfied with the seemingly flawless success of the project and hope that we can continue our cooperation.
