Final project report
The team of the Associazione Art. Cult. “A Rocca” and EProjectConsult International department hosted a group from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, in the frame of Erasmus+ programme. We hosted 3 selected participants during the project named “MÓVILIDADES PARA PRÁCTICAS PROFESIONALES EN EUROPA”. The internship were in the field of administration and electricity. The participants gained experience in their field of studies and became acquainted with the traditional Italian and Sicilian way of labour.
The participants received information from all the relevant sources in the field related. They learned to communicate efficiently and professionally with both clients and colleagues. The participant working in the field of electricity learned among other things to plan and execute electrical wiring, electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems. The participants working in the field of administration gained knowledge about various office tasks, including the writing of correspondence memos and letters, maintaining filing systems and contact lists, providing general support and handling travel arrangements. Overall all the participants learned to work in a international environment and make us of their foreign language skills.
Cultural Programme
In the free time the participants had the chance to visit some beautiful places in Sicily, including Siracusa and Noto. They also got acquainted with the famous Italian cuisine thanks to the local restaurants. We hope that their experience of living abroad was unforgettable and enriching in many different ways.

- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources in the field related;
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships: learning on developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others;
- Development of specialized Italian language skills;
- Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
- Developing social perspectives and being aware of reactions of other co-workers and supervisors;
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying and taking the time to understand the points being made.
At the end of the project, participants received “A Rocca” placement certificate” and EUROPASS.
Most importantly the participants gained professional experience in their sector, so that they will be more competitive in the labor market in Spain.
Consequently, the participants seemed to be satisfied with this project, and from their evaluations it is clear that they feel it was an interesting and useful experience. We are satisfied with the seemingly flawless success of the project and hope that we can continue our cooperation with our partner school in Spain.
