Erasmus+ Internship
arts, architecture and car service sector
The team of the “A Rocca” NGO and Eprojectconsult International department, in cooperation with Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology and Instituto De Fomento, Empleo y Formación Del Ayuntamiento De CÁDIZ, took the role of intermediary partner in the frame of the Erasmus+ mobility projects and hosted 3 selected participants from Malta and Spain who completed their internship in the field of arts, architecture and car service.
The trainees gained professional knowledge and experience in their field of studies and interests and got familiarized with traditional Italian way of labour.
The participants stay was full of experiences, both in professional and personal aspects.
Cultural Programme
In their free time, Karl and Rebecca had the chance to visit beautiful places in Sicily as: Palermo, Cefalù, Etna, Catania, Jalari Park Museum, Milazzo, and to know Italian and unique Sicilian cuisine.

General Skills and Competencies Acquired:
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources in the field related;
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships: learning on developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others;
- Development of specialized Italian language skills;
- Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
- Developing social perspectives and being aware of reactions of other co-workers and supervisors;
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying and taking the time to understand the points being made.
At the end of the project, participant received “A Rocca” placement certificate”.


Consequently, participants seemed to be satisfied with this project. Different background, interests and language boundary did not prevent them to become good friends, enjoy, spending time together, sharing experience and exploring beauty and spirit of Sicily!
We are happy with the seemingly flawless success and we are looking forward to further cooperation with Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology and Instituto De Fomento, Empleo y Formación Del Ayuntamiento De CÁDIZ.
