Today was the deadline for submitting the applications under KA2 Erasmus+ program (Strategic partnerships) and we are happy to announce that we are involved as partner in 12 project proposals with European partners from different countries: Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Germany, Poland and Bulgaria.
The projects these year are very interesting and address various topics, including:
- The use of board games for the development of problem solving skills;
- Mediterranean cuisine;
- Europe’s refugee crisis;
- Women’s labour market.
Furthermore, we submitted our own project “Rescue – Raising Entrepreneurial Skills with Crowdfunding Understanding and Education” which involves 5 countries beside us: Ireland, Greece, Georgia, UK and Bulgaria. “RESCUE” was designed to support the next generation of European entrepreneurs, assisting them to find finance for their business ideas, generating economic value and creating much needed jobs…
Generally, Key Action 2 in the Field of Vocational Education and Training aims to support the development, transfer and/or implementation of innovative practices. Also, it aims on promoting joint initiatives that encourage cooperation, peer learning and exchanges of experience at European level.
Hopefully, if we get some of them approved, in the following 2 years we will be busy on the implementation of really exciting projects, both for the activities planned and for the innovative topics. We will keep our fingers crossed!
In the meanwhile, we keep working on our ongoing Erasmus+ KA2 projects and soon we will get focused on the next deadline which will be on the 26th of April 2017 for KA2 Strategic partnerships projects in the field of youth.
