The team of Eprojectconsult in cooperation with IES CARTUJA School took the role of the hosting and intermediary partner for a group of Spanish students in the frame of the Lifelong Learning Programme Leonardo da Vinci. During the project named “Crecemos con la Formación en Europa” nine selected participants, accompanied by two Spanish teachers, performed a training and learning experience, according to each one skills and motivation in different fields of occupation like marketing, accountancy, research, secretarial work etc. For all participants the placement was in different companies. The interns had the opportunity to learn useful skills, gain new knowledge and practical experiences for their own professional careers. The placements ware located in various relative enterprises in the town of Barcellona P.G. With the great support of the “Institute of Chartered Accountants” in Barcellona P.G., which collaborated in the selection of the hosting organizations, the following companies were selected. Moreover, in order to facilitate the participants’ integration in the Italian culture, they were taking part in 20 hours Italian Course, which consisted of 2 hours lessons twice a week on Mondays and on Wednesdays, for 5 weeks.
Cultural Programme
Finally yet importantly, during the free time,our participants had the opportunity to explore beauty of Sicily by visiting such places as Taormina, Tindari, Messina and Siracusa.The excursions were organized by our company in order to ensure that all students get the full insight in the Sicilian cities from the locally driven scope.

Our monitoring team did its best in order to satisfy the expectations of each participants. We were always ready to offer help, advices and explain any doubts; since our office had guaranteed a 24-hour availability, in any case they needed some assistance.
Consequently, the participants seemed to be satisfied with this project. We hope that the gained experience will bring to those young people a lot of success in their professional lives and more competence in their studies, and eventually the inspiration and new ideas about how to deal with their future careers and education in their country. We are very satisfied because, through the participation in the program, the participants got their first steps in their profession.
Our team is extremely satisfied with participants’ involvement in the project and personal interest of each person entailed.
