- Provide an opportunity to build long-term partnerships with a reliable and recognized organization that has a proven track record in project management and dissemination.
- Demonstrate our expertise in implementing Erasmus+ mobilities under the Erasmus+ KA1 Programme, highlighting the comprehensive range of services we provide.
- Offer information and training on project management within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA1 Program (KA121, KA122, KA130, KA131, KA102, KA105).
- Share best practices for the successful dissemination of projects.
- To meet new potential partners who would like to apply for new projects for 2025;
Any participant representing a European School (teachers, leaders or project managers) or representatives from any related institution in the field of education and training are eligible to attend the seminar.
Information about the meeting:
The structure of the event will be as follows:
- A welcome talk
- An introductory talk about project regulations and any relevant changes
- An overview of our activities
- A testimonial from our host regarding a past project in Sicily
- Closing remarks
The meeting will be held on October 16th from 09:00-13:30 in Celje, Slovenia

The Contact Seminar will be conducted by our senior project manager Mrs. Federica Sottile and the coordinator Mr. Kamil Jastrzębski.
This year, the event will have an international scope, featuring foreign partner organizations that will showcase their expertise and address European priorities and best practices. This hybrid event aims to explore the power of intercultural networking and global learning. The second part of the event will focus on networking among coordinators, sharing experiences, and exploring the opportunities offered by the Erasmus program. The target audience includes Slovenian school coordinators, head teachers, and other interested school representatives. Participants will discover how international experiences can enrich their lives and enhance their understanding of the world.
We can also provide individual consultancy for participants who would like to implement Erasmus+ mobilities in Italy and to establish a relationship with an experienced partner in KA2.
