We're back to our office after the "COVID-break"!
Everything seems to be back to the old life, the one we used to live before we were run over the pandemic, and we are ready to get back to our job.
Maybe it won’t be exactly the same as it was before: the pandemic affected us and our way of stay in the society but slowly we are coming out from this awful period and we are learning to live together with the new virus. And that’s the most important thing!
The epidemiological situation in our country has significantly improved in recent weeks, that’s why we decided to stop smart working and go back to our beloved office.
It’s already two weeks since Italy, fully open its international borders, dropping the 14-day quarantine requirement for visitors, and the situation is keeping getting better and better every day.
We are starting to feel safe, especially in Sicily where the situation remained fortunately under control. Even during the most alarming phase for Italy, the island recorded a low number of cases, likely thanks to its hot climate.
Anyway, apart from the Erasmus+ mobilities which were suspended, we kept working on our ongoing KA2 projects (Take the leap) and we wrote and submitted several KA2 and KA3 projects which we hope they are going to be approved in the next months.
Once again, we would like to thank our partners for their patience and cooperation to reschedule the mobilities, and really, we are looking forward to meet them and their students.
Meanwhile we are reorganizing our spaces, following the anti-COVID measures, foreseeing bigger meeting rooms for our activities. In the next month you will probably see us in a new office. Stay tuned!
